About Us

We are dedicated to serving every patient, supporting every family, and honoring every moment.

Truth-Centered Care

The name Veritas means truth. From the very first call, we commit to giving families honest, clear information so they can make confident decisions and know exactly what to expect. No confusion. No runaround. Just real answers from people who genuinely care.

Care Without Compromise"

We believe the final chapter of life deserves the same dignity, attention, and love as any other. Our interdisciplinary team works together twice a week to review every patient's care plan — because nothing falls through the cracks at Veritas.

Our ValueS

Grounded in truth. Guided by faith. Driven by compassion.

Everything we do at Veritas Hospice & Palliative Care flows from three core beliefs — that patients deserve to be truly seen, that families deserve to be genuinely supported, and that every final moment deserves to be respected.

Our Vision

A Fort Bend County where no family faces the end of life alone — where every patient receives dignified, expert care and every family has the support, information, and compassion they need to find peace in the most difficult of times.

Our Mission

Every patient seen. Every family supported. Every moment respected." We exist to deliver hospice and palliative care that is honest, accessible, and deeply human — meeting patients wherever they are and walking alongside families every step of the way.

We are a community-based team — which means we come to your loved one. Whether they are at home, in an assisted living facility, or in a nursing community, Veritas is there. Same-day service is available, and our team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How We Care for Your Loved One

Our care model is built around a full interdisciplinary team — not just one nurse. Every service below is coordinated, covered, and delivered with compassion

Skilled Nursing & Pain Management

Our registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses visit regularly, manage pain and symptoms with clinical precision, and serve as your family's primary point of contact throughout the care journey.

Emotional, Spiritual & Social Support

Our social workers, chaplains, and counselors address the full picture — the emotional weight, the spiritual questions, and the practical needs that come with a life-limiting illness. We hold your family's hand through all of it.

Bereavement & Family Care

Our care doesn't end when a patient passes. We provide dedicated bereavement counseling and follow-up support for family members — because grief deserves the same attention as the rest of the journey.
